EMERGENCY KIT: Some patients may need extra medicine to cope with acute flare-up of their condition. Where ever necessary we send an Emergency Kit containing medicines suitable for the acute flare-ups, this is decided by our Doctors based on the case history of the patient. The cost of Emergency Kit in India is INR 900/- and for Rest of the World it is $20 / kit. No shipping charges are payable if sent along with regular batch of medicine. Additional shipping charges will be required if ordered separately.
FREE REPLACEMENT OFFER: If you are not satisfied with the response of our medicine by 6-8 weeks, it could be that your symptoms have changed so you may need a different medicine or the medicine is just not giving any effect. You may submit your support request at the Contact & Supportcentre of our website and our Doctors will get in touch with you and if required we will replace your remaining medicine with a new batch/lot. The medicine replacement will be free of cost; send the unused medicine back to us, you will only be charged for the Shipping expenses for the new lot of medicine.
Please Note: If extra replenishment/stock of medicine is needed in case of medicine being lost or damaged by patient in any way, patient will have to pay additional amount for the medicine and shipping.
